American-Hellenic Chamber of Commerce Participates in Top US Military Exhibition

The American-Hellenic Chamber of Commerce is organizing the Hellenic Pavilion at the Association of the US Army’s Annual Meeting & Exhibition for the sixth consecutive year.

The AUSA’s 2019 show will take place from October 14-16 at the Walter Washington Convention Center in Washington, DC.

Held under the auspices of the Ministry of National Defense, and in close collaboration with the General Directorate for Defense Investments and Armaments, the Hellenic Pavilion will promote eleven Greek industries, either private or connected to the state.

The effort is also made possible with the collaboration of “Enterprise Greece,” the country’s official state investment and trade-promotion agency.

The annual AUSA exhibition presents a great opportunity for Greek defense companies to demonstrate their exceptional capabilities and their reliability as a valuable partner and supplier of advanced defense technology equipment to the US and other allied countries.

It is recognized as the leading international exhibition which attracts key decisionmakers and allows defense experts, government officials, and representatives of the armed forces from all over the world to become informed about the latest developments in military technology.

Greece and the United States maintain excellent relations in the area of defense and security, and in this framework the American-Hellenic Chamber of Commerce encourages initiatives which ensure the evolution of technological progress and international stability.

In addition, by supporting the outward-oriented efforts of the Greek defense industry, the Chamber promotes cooperation in the realms of security and international partnerships.
