A Greek surprise was waiting for those watching the basketball game between the NBA’s Boston Celtics and Milwaukee Bucks on December 21 in Boston.

A group of dancers dressed in traditional Greek costume danced during the halftime show of the game. For their performance, they used the famous Greek traditional song ”Makedonia Ksakousti” which honors Macedonia’s rich history.

Greek-American John Karalis, who was inside TD Garden stadium, recorded part of the performance and uploaded it onto his Twitter account.

As for the game itself, Giannis Antetokounmpo‘s team won with a score of 120-107.

The ”Greek Freak” was yet again in fine form, scoring 30 points with eight rebounds, five assists, and three blocks, leading his team to another huge victory.
