Leading Greek Entrepreneurs to be Honored at Las Vegas Heritage Weekend

Greek entrepreneurs John Calamos and Dean Metropoulos will be honored at the National Hellenic Society’s (NHS) Heritage Weekend set to take place at Four Seasons Hotel in Las Vegas, October 4-7.

The co-honorees will receive the George Marcus Excellence Award in recognition of their exemplary leadership and dedication in lifting and passing on Hellenism’s torch to the next generation.

The Award will be offered during an activities-packed weekend where participants will be able to hear compelling panelists discussing diverse issues affecting Hellenism worldwide, from geopolitics and tourism, to archaeology and Greek dance.

NHS, established to help preserve the Greek heritage through the sponsorship and initiation of programs that support Hellenic culture, also promise an exceptional ‘parea,’ filled with entertainment, including live Greek music.
