No-one likes to be picked last for sports, but having it happen as a professional athlete and in front of millions is unimaginable.
Sadly, that was the case recently for Kostas Antetokounmpo, younger brother of Milwaukee Bucks NMB star Giannis.
Kostas was chosen last in the NBA draft for 2018, a position which comes with the unflattering moniker ‘Mr. Irrelevant’.
Thursday night’s broadcast from the Barclays Center in Brooklyn, New York saw the Dayton forward narrowly escape being left out altogether.
After some trading, Kostas will be with the Dallas Mavericks, according to CBS Sports.
