Nia Vardalos Adds Tour Date For ‘Instant Mom’ Book Signing

InstantMom_VardalosThe book signing tour for Nia Vardalos’s “Instant Mom” will resume this fall, with a tour date set in Worcester, Mass. on November 5.

The Academy Award and Golden Globe nominated writer and star of “My Big Fat Greek Wedding” reveals a lot about her private life in the book, including fertility struggles that ultimately led to the adoption of a beautiful little girl with her husband, Ian Gomez. Describing their bumpy road to parenting, she discusses how they found their daughter, and what happened next.

Vardalos will appear at St. Spyridon Greek Orthodox Church Philoptochos on November 5 at 5pm to share funny and poignant stories on many topics — from her films to the adoption of her daughter. The event will include a book signing, photo opportunities and a cocktail reception. The entry fee is $35 per person, and proceeds go to charity. Limited seating is available.

St. Spyridon Greek Orthodox Cathedral is located at 102 Russell Street, Worcester, Mass. For more information, please contact: Amy Kalogeropoulos at (774) 242-8266, or Maryanna Koulisis at (508) 752-9662, or Eleni Giannakis at (508) 736-6694.
