Son Testifies Against Father in Uncle’s Murder Case

53-year-old Treefon Manoloules’ trial continues with more surprising clues coming to light.

Christoforos Manoloules,19, testified against his father, Treefon, for being the one who planned the murder of his brother, Aris Manoloules,47, on the 20th of September 2009 at Hayannis, Cape Cod in Massachusetts.

The 47-year-old victim was shot four times in the head and torso at his home on Ripple Cove Road by Robert Upton, brother in-law of Treefon Manoloules, according to the police who found the body.

Treefon Manoloules is facing charges for assigning the murder of his brother to his son, who was then 17 years old, in order to obtain the money his deceased mother had bequeathed to her other son, Aris.
