Greek restauranter Nick Galiatsatos proceeded before the Upper Durby District court and the judge Michael Cullen and has been charged for misconduct, harassment and cruelty to animals. The judge decided to release him on a $10,000 bail. The police inspector stated that after 47 years of service, this is the first time that he faces such an action.
