Greek Deputy Minister of Education, Lifelong Learning and Religious Affairs, Fofi Gennimata will visit schools and Greek study centers in the U.S.A. Mrs. Gennimata will visit the Hellenic Classical Charter School in Brooklyn (photo). She will visit daily schools of Agios Dimetrios Community in Astoria and of Agios Nicholaos in Flushing. She will also meet Archbishop Demetrios of America, to discuss issues about the cooperation between the Greek Ministry and the Archdiocese of America.
On Saturday, the Greek Deputy Minister will visit the private Greek school “Platon”, in Brooklyn. On Monday, she will meet the Executive Director of Cordell Hull Foundation for International Education.
On Monday evening, she will give a press conference. On Tuesday she will visit the Center of Byzantine and Neohellenic Studies at Queens College.
