Greek-American deputy Gus Bilirakis announced his collaboration with an American diplomat of Greek origin. The diplomat who is also an ordained priest, specialises in religious issues on an international level.
Following the exchange program titled “Pearson between the State Department and the Congress”, diplomat Nick Greanias will be hosted in Gus Bilirakis’ office for a year to deal with relative issues.
Greanias is the offspring of two Greek immigrants from Illinois. He has worked as a diplomat for the past 20 years. During his career he has visited Canada, Ukraine, Greece and New Zealand for numerous issues. Greanias is a Greek Orthodox priest. In New Zealand he worked as a priest for the Greek Orthodox community for three years.
