The Athens Stock Exchange and the American-Hellenic Chamber of Commerce, in cooperation with Enterprise Greece, are organizing a Greek Investment Roadshow in the USA, June 19-22.
The trip to the U.S. includes the 7th Greek Investment Forum, to be held in New York June 19-20, with around 450 scheduled meetings between representatives of the 23 largest Greek-listed companies and more than 100 fund managers, along with business meetings, presentations and visits to Washington (June 20-21) and Chicago (June 21-22).
The Greek Investment Roadshow in the USA is an initiative aiming to promote investment opportunities in Greece for US businesses and the possibilities for Greek-American business cooperation.
The Greek delegation is headed by the chairman of the Athens Exchange Group George Handjinicolaou and CEO Socratis Lazaridis, the president of the American-Hellenic Chamber of Commerce, Simos Anastasopoulos, Economy and Development Alternate Minister Alexis Charitsis and the U.S. Ambassador to Greece Geoffrey Pyatt.
The Investment Forum in New York will present the country’s significant structural changes and reforms, the latest economic figures and specific business and investment plans to attract U.S. investors and international funds.
In Washington and Chicago, the members of the delegation will have the opportunity to meet with representatives of the political and economic community, businessmen, investors and institutional agencies and to present investment opportunities and the prospects of the Greek economy.
