Rita Wilson to Perform at NYC’s Cafe Carlyle

RitaWilsonRita Wilson is warming up her vocal chords for an upcoming performance at the legendary Cafe Carlyle in New York City.

The Greek-American actress-producer, known for her roles in films like “Sleepless in Seattle,” and television shows including CBS’s “Good Wife” and HBO’s “Girls,” as well as for her behind-the-scenes work as a film producer on “My Big Fat Greek Wedding” and “Mamma Mia!,” took the professional leap into music when she released her debut album, AM/FM, in 2012. 

Wilson will make her debut at Cafe Carlyle, performing for two weeks from September 24-October 4. 

Other celebrated film industry-turned-music industry folk performing during Carlyle’s fall season include actors Molly Ringwald and Jeff Goldblum, and director Woody Allen.
