There are many English-language travel guides and online sites for visitors who want to know about Greece, and one of the best is operated by Matt Barrett, a Third Generation Greek-American who visits the country frequently and knows a lot of unknown spots.
The migrant’s guide contains plenty of information about Greece, including about its cities, food, hotels, museums, accompanied by videos and photos. Barrett said 99 percent of it comes from his own work and research and he encourages travelers to visit Greece and contact him by sending their questions via e-mail.
He said he used to spend four to five hours a day answering the queries but said that today, “It doesn’t take me more than 20 minutes per day, because the most common question asked is whether Greece is safe or not.It’s so frequent a question, that I decided to create the following web page under the title” Athens today”(http://www.athensguide.com/about-athens.htm),which I advise them to visit.”
