Pasadena GreekFest Gearing up to Celebrate 54th Year

GreekFest is celebrating 54 years in Pasadena beginning Friday, September 14. The 3-day festival, which runs through Sunday, September 16, will take place at Santa Anita Park in Arcadia. With everything from Greek souvlaki and salad to baklava and other Mediterranean delicacies, the festival promises to be a good time for all.

As part of the event, there will also be a raffle for various prizes, including a $2,500 travel certificate. Admission is $5, and kids under 12 get in free. Proceeds benefit the programs run by Saint Anthony Greek Orthodox Church in Pasadena.

Santa Anita Park is located at 285 W. Huntington Drive in Arcadia. The schedule is as follows: Friday, September 14 from 5-10pm; Saturday, September 15, and Sunday, September 16 from noon-10pm.
