Skyline Restorations Golf Classic Raises $76,000 for Charity

The Greek-American construction firm, Skyline Restorations, based in Long Island, N.Y., raised $76,000 in its 4th annual Golf Classic, to benefit the charity Smile Train. Visitors had the opportunity to enjoy their favorite sport and mingle with fellow Greek-Americans and others from the construction industry while raising money for Smile Train, an organization that provides free cleft surgery to hundreds of thousands of poor children in developing countries.

Skyline’s Marketing and PR director Eva Hatzaki’s said the hope was to “raise as many funds as we can for Smile Train.”

The event was also supported by the national veterans’ organization American Legion Post 94.

Skyline Restoration is owned by Greek-American John Kalafatis. Since its inception in 1989, Skyline Restoration has become one of the top building restoration firms in the New York metropolitan area, having completed construction work on over a thousand residential, commercial, industrial and institutional buildings.
