Andrea Mihos, wife of former candidate for Massachussetts governor Cristy Mihos, has accused her husband of spending a whopping 25 million dollars on prostitutes.
After being married for 38 years, Andrea filled papers for divorce due to her husband’s assumed addiction to paid sex. This addiction led Christy Mihos to hiring women for sex in three states. David Lee, Andrea’s lawyer, said that “between the period from 2009, when Mihos sold his chain of stores, to the present, Mrs Mihos cannot account for how this money was spent.” According to the lawyer, the money spent included airline tickets to different places, so that Mr Mihos could have relations with these women.
Mihos owed the state $70,000 for violating campaign finance laws in 2010, when he ran for the candidacy. As his wife now claims, she gave him the money to pay the fine, but he spent part of it to having sex with expensive female escorts. He paid the fine off only two years later.
After Mr Mihos admitted his addiction to sex, he was hospitalized at McLean Hospital for treatment. But when he left the hospital, he returned to his bad habits–Mihos rented a Mercedes and spent $8,000 at a Newport Hotel, probably not only for his accommodation but also to hire sex partners.
