The John E. Marlow Guitar Series presents the Washington area debut performance of classical guitarist Dimitris Kotronakis at 8 p.m. Saturday at Westmoreland Congregational Church, 1 Westmoreland Circle, Bethesda.
The Greek virtuoso will perform pieces by J. S. Bach and Nicolo Pagnanini and other works. A lecture by Larry Snitzler starts at 7:15 p.m. and a ‘meet the artist’ reception will follow the show; both are included in the admission price.
Tickets are $25, $12.50 for students, ages 18 to 22, free for ages 17 and younger.
