155,000 dollars were raised for the restoration fund of the Holy Trinity Church in Lowell during the official dinner organized by the local Greek Community in honor of George D. and Margo Behrakis on October 8 at the Westin Hotel in Waltham, Massachusetts.
The event was called “Delian Interlude” and was attended by over 300 people, including the children and grandchildren of the honored couple, friends and relatives from Massachusetts, NY and other states, as well as the Consul General of Greece in Boston Mr. Elias Fotopoulos and his wife Voula.
