The President of AHEPA, Nicholas Karakostas will be the Master of Ceremonies at the Greek Independence Day parade. The parade will take place on Sunday, March 20th in Philadelphia, PA. The parade was organized by the Federation of Hellenic American Societies of Philadelphia. Many officials will be present. “I believe that AHEPA will be honored for the first time in a big Greek parade in the U.S.A.”, stated George Hortiatis, president of the Federation. The Hellenic American National Council will also be honored. A day before the parade, a dinner will be given for the officials at Estia restaurant in Philadelphia.
