Behrakis, Chairman of Gainesborough Investments, has distinguished himshelf in the pharmaceutical industry as a researcher and marketer of asthma and allergy pharmaceuticals and is the founder of two successful companies-Dooner laboratories and Muro Pharmaceutical, Inc. He donates 1,8 millions of dollars to Harvard University, aiming to start a research on Greek smokers.
The last 40 years he has built a career in the health sector, founding pharmaceutical companies. As a businessman, he has not made any investments in Greece due to bureaucracy, however as a human being, he loves his homeland and its people.
