Spyros Kouvelis, deputy foreign minister of Greece, is going to visit today Washington where he is going to meet his corresponding ministers to discuss various issues.
In the framework of his visit, he is going to refer to issues of bilateral financial and commercial cooperation.
A great emphasis will also be given to the bilateral cooperation on energy issues. For this reason, under the initiative of Mr. Kouvelis, the deputy minister of energy, Mr. Maniatis will also participate in the mission.
In addition, they will discuss about the bilateral commerce, the investments, the know-how exchange but also issues of common business actions.
Finally, Mr. Kouvelis is expected to have a circle of contacts with representatives of the Greeks of Diaspora giving a great emphasis on the new generation.
