On Friday, June 18 Greek Americans will join forces in the fight against breast cancer, at a special event at Rosewood Restaurant in Rosemont, Ill. This important event will feature special guest and keynote speaker, Senator Olympia Snowe of Maine.
Dr Virginia Kaklamani, Associate Professor, Director Translational Breast Cancer Research, Co-Director Cancer Genetics Program Division Hematology/Oncology at Northwestern University will also speak. Leading domestic violence expert and breast cancer survivor Pam Paziotopoulos, JD will discuss her own personal experience. Jane Monzures, host of “Healthy Living Chicago” will serve as the evening’s the emcee.

Americans Against Breast Cancer will benefit the Lynn Sage Cancer Research Foundation, Maggie Daley Center for Women’s Cancer Care and Plato Academy.
