On Monday, December 14, AHEPA Supreme President Nicholas A. Karacostas attended a White House reception at the invitation of President Barack Obama and First Lady Michelle Obama. Karacostas was honored to represent the AHEPA family. The supreme president of AHEPA also had the opportunity to briefly chat with President Obama, who conveyed his best wishes to the Greek American community and commended the work of the Greek organization. Karacostas offered his appreciation for the invitation and President Obama’s kind words.
